Each CPF allows the registration of only one account on 100bet. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, or using another person's CPF, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with the total balance blocked as described in Section 10.
The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. 100bet will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via the live chat available on the platform.
A 100bet is required, by law and by its own internal policies, to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or according to internally defined risk criteria.
The KYC process may require submission of the following documents:
After documents are submitted, the review is completed within 48 business hours. Withdrawals remain pending during this period. The 100bet may request additional documents if necessary, and the User has 15 calendar days to comply before the account is temporarily suspended.
Bets may be placed before KYC is completed, but withdrawals remain blocked until verification is approved. This protects the User against fraudulent use of their account.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 30.00 per transaction. There is no defined maximum for deposits, though transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional declaration in accordance with Banco Central do Brasil regulations and anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998).
All deposits must be made exclusively with funds belonging to the User. Depositing on behalf of third parties or using payment methods owned by others is strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be refunded and the account may be suspended.
Withdrawals at 100bet are subject to the following conditions:
The vast majority of Pix withdrawals are processed automatically within 12 minutes. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to manual review by the compliance team before being released — in such cases, processing may take up to 24 business hours. While identity verification is pending, withdrawals are suspended until KYC is completed.
A 100bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal in the following cases: suspected fraud or money laundering; inconsistencies in identity data; detection of multiple accounts; or violation of any provision of these Terms. In the event of a refusal, the User will be notified at their registered email address with the reason.
A bet on 100bet is considered valid only after on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction from the User's balance. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure are not considered active. The User should verify their bets in the "Bet History" section after each transaction.
Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the User, except when the cash out feature is available for that event. The 100bet may cancel bets in cases of an obvious error in odds publication (odds manifestly out of line with the market), proven technical failure, or violation of these Terms.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are refunded to the Real Balance. If the event is postponed, bets remain valid provided the event takes place within 36 hours of the original scheduled time. After that window, bets are refunded. In parlay bets, the selection from the cancelled event is removed from the slip and winnings are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
Live bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Data transmission delays may occur, and 100bet is not liable for bets placed based on delayed broadcast information. Cash out is available for most live events but may be suspended at any time depending on market conditions.
In addition to Sports Betting, the 100bet offers live casino games, crash games, and online poker, all provided by certified and independently audited suppliers.
Random-outcome games on the platform — including crash games such as Aviator and JetX — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Provably fair crash games allow any User to verify the result of any past round through the cryptographic hash published before each round.
A 100bet is not liable for losses resulting from the normal outcome of games, which are determined by certified random algorithms. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published on its respective title page.
Some games offer a free demo mode, with no real-money wagering. Demo mode is intended solely for learning and entertainment purposes. Winnings obtained in demo mode cannot be converted into Real Balance.
The welcome bonus at 100bet consists of 100% of the User's first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To activate the bonus, the User must make a minimum deposit of R$ 30.00. The bonus amount is credited as Bonus Balance and requires a 5x (fivefold) rollover of the bonus received on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, before being converted into Real Balance available for withdrawal.
In addition to the welcome bonus, the 100bet offers periodic promotions — such as boosted odds for Brasileirão rounds, free bets on special events, and a weekly crash games tournament with R$ 20,000.00 in prizes. Each promotion has its own terms published on the page Promotions before taking effect.
The VIP Program of 100bet has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with increasing benefits at each level, including weekly cashback, higher betting limits, and access to exclusive live streams.
Each R$ 10.00 wagered on any product on the platform (Sports Betting, crash games, poker, Live Casino) earns 1 VIP point. Level progression is based on the total points accumulated over the previous 30 days.
Cashback is calculated on the net betting volume from the previous week (Monday through Sunday) and credited every Monday as Real Balance, with no rollover and no expiry. The percentages by level are: Bronze 3%, Silver 6%, Gold 10%, Platinum 15%, and Diamond 25%.
VIP level is recalculated monthly based on points accumulated over the previous 30 days. If betting volume is not sufficient to maintain the current level, the User may be downgraded to the next level down at the following monthly review.
The User agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct on the platform 100bet:
Any violation of the above will result in immediate account closure, with all balances frozen and a report filed with the relevant authorities where required by law.
The User may request account closure at any time via support chat or by emailing contato@100bet.world. Prior to closure, any available Real Balance (after fulfillment of pending rollovers) may be withdrawn via Pix. Bonus Balances are cancelled at the time of closure.
A 100bet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following cases: violation of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; accounts inactive for more than 24 months with no balance; or determination by regulatory authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, the balance may be held while the investigation is ongoing.
The User may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, account access is blocked and no marketing communications are sent. Real Balance withdrawals are processed even during self-exclusion. The total liability of the 100bet toward any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the Real Balance available in the User's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.
A 100bet may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, updates to the services offered, or improvements to internal policies. Material changes will be communicated to the User by email with at least 7 days' notice before taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated conditions constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If the User does not agree with the new conditions, they may close their account as described in Section 11 before the effective date, without penalty.
